House Speaker John Boehner says President Barack Obama’s decision not to defend the Defense of Marriage Act in court is “outrageous” and vows that Republicans will intervene in the next few days. He warned that Republicans will jump into the fray, adding, “The long and the short of it is we are going to intervene. The question is how do we do it.”
